Returns and Exchanges

Return Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase (or 7 days of receiving your online order) for a full refund to your original form of payment.

Items are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase or delivery. This applies to both in-store and online orders.

All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by original tags.

How to Return

In-Store:

Simply bring your item and proof of purchase to us during business hours.

Online Orders:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label; however, the cost of postage remains the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.Please pack items securely in their original packaging when possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Items purchased at a promotional price will be refunded at the price paid.

Exchanges

  • We'd love to help you find the right fit.
  • To exchange an item, return the original following the steps above and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Lingerie, Intimates, and SwimwearConsumables (body care, provisions & confections)Home goods (candles, décor)Sale MerchandiseGift cards

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered, with all original tags attached
  • Free from damage that occurred after delivery

Holiday Returns

  • Purchases made between November 15 – December 25 may be returned through January 31 of the following year, subject to all other policy conditions.

Price Adjustments

  • If an item you purchased is marked down within 7 days of your purchase date, we're happy to honor the difference as a merchandise credit.
  • Price adjustments are issued as merchandise credit only and are not available on items that were already on sale at the time of purchase or on purchases made during promotional sale events, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and seasonal or semi-annual sales.
  • To request a price adjustment, please contact us within the 7-day window.
